スタッフも感じの良いい方ばかりでした。駅のそばで、交通にとっても便利でした。観光案内所が駅のロータリにあり、フイヨルドのツアーを申し込むのにも便利でした。どんなに早い時間でも、駅が目の前なので安心でしすよ。

ホテルに入ったとたん、ちょっとカビ臭いが気になった。部屋は大丈夫でしたが。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切に受け答えしてくれました。 朝食のビュッフェもおいしかったです。 オスロ中央駅の真前という観光には最高のロケーションで、ホテル目の前にある観光案内所でいろいろと助けてもらいながら、トラムに乗っていきたいところへ行き着くことができました。　小さな子供をつれた旅行だったので、この便利さは大変助かりました。

時々シャワーの温度を最大にしても十分な温度にならないときがありました。 時間がたてば問題なく使えるようになるのですが。

Location to transportation and city centre

Need to replace the mattress as it was so uncomfortable. The mattress was shocking, raised it with reception but nothing was done about it. It was a shame as everything else was great.

Is ok for couple of day if you going on business trip

Is the second time I stop there and this time my room was on the first floor with window right in from of a night club. So imagine how noisy got during the night

Staff waa very friendly, location was perfect just by the cental station and everythig was in a walking distance, breakfast was incredibly good it was a big buffet and everything was delicious! I would stay there again and again! Really good hotel and good price everything was clean and nice!:)

Locationn very close to the train station! Across the street! The tourist info center was there as well!

The hair dryers and TV Were very old. They need to be replaced! A bit over priced but so is everything in Oslo!

The desk staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and well laid out. The rooms were of adequate size.

The scrambled eggs were not good. Too hard, cooked at too high temperature and for too long. Not at all as good as the scrambled eggs we had at Hotel Sture Plan in Stockholm -- which were heavenly. Soft and delicious, probably made with cream/milk, but not much. We gave up the scrambled eggs and had the boiled eggs which were good. The bacon was also too hard.

The hotel locates just in front of the cenral station. Access is excellent. The room is clean with friendly staff.

I would have been happier if I could watch BBC world news (although CNN was available). I was able to watch BBC either in Copenhagen or Lofoten.

The selection of the hotel was greatly determined by the location as it is next to the railway station..From the airport you can take an express train to reach the railway station and the hotel is just across the street.. All the major highlights of the city are in the walking distance...metro is in front of the hotel. The room was nice and breakfast was also fine...

I reserved the different type of the room than was given to me at the end...and also the hotel blocked certain percentage more than was the hotel price saying that they would release the amount afterwards that was not quite nice. But these details are not the major ones and my overall impression of the hotel was very good

Excellent location, helpful and good staff

Room was very small, I slept about 30cm from the corridor.

Good beds and good breakfast

Not that clean in the shower and there was a wage smell of smoke in our room.

The rooms are attractive and well appointed. Bed comfortable. Staff are helpful-ish. Breakfast is good.

Some rooms overlook the station plaza and busy walking street and can be noisy. I had to change my room after the 2nd night which was then fine.

Excellent position,very close to Central Railway Station and to the Bus Terminal. Very kind staff,rooms clean and tidy,excellent and varied breakfast. Good price-quality relation.

The stuff was friendly. The double Room was quite Large, clean and cosy. The breakfast was good.

There was no Locking Safe in the Room, and sleepers As well.
